Pyramid House

Westbury Projects has been appointed as the main contractor for the redevelopment of Pyramid House, 952 High Road, London. The scheme involves the demolition of the existing fifth-floor penthouse and the construction of replacement fifth and new sixth floors to create 9 self-contained flats. Works also include the reconfiguration of an existing fourth-floor flat and external alterations, including masonry decorations. In addition to construction delivery, Westbury is responsible for liaising with the council to secure necessary approvals and sign-off, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard on behalf of the client.
